The game “Weekend for Two at Cabo Villas” is organized and held by Cabo Villas, referred to as the ORGANIZER for short.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1 The General Terms and Conditions will be available for the entire period of the game on the site.

2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the General Terms and Conditions, with changes coming into force after their official publication on 26.04.2024. at http://cabovillas.bg/

2.3 The Game is open to those who have met the conditions for participation, namely: to follow the pages and tag profiles on the CaboVillas profile on Instagram and Facebook.

2.4 By participating in the Contest, the participant declares that he/she agrees with the General Terms and Conditions.

3.1 The Game is organized and held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the city of Sofia.

4.1 The Game starts on 26.04.2024. and ends on 07.05.2024 (“Game Period”)

4.2 THE ORGANIZER has the right to change the terms and by notifying about this at http://cabovillas.bg/

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

5.1 Any adult natural person living in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria has the right to participate.

5.2 Employees of Ribs&Sticks, as well as their family members, are not entitled to participate in the game.

5.3. In order to register for participation in the game, the participant must meet the conditions for participation.

MECHANISM AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES:

6.1 The game is organized on the Internet, on the CaboVillas page on Instagram and Facebook.

6.2 Prize:

A weekend for two at CaboVillas

PRIZE RECEIPT PROCEDURE

7.1 A Cabo Villas representative will contact the winner via private message on Facebook or Instagram or via email. We kindly ask for your cooperation, if for any reason we are unable to contact you, the user should notify us via private message on the relevant network.

RESPONSIBILITY

8.1 The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrectly stated information by the participants in this game.

8.2 The decision to disqualify a participant is entirely up to the Organizer, and the Organizer is not obliged to explain the methods of determining an attempt or violation of the General Terms and Conditions.

8.3 The game in no way constitutes a gambling activity, according to the provisions of the Gambling Act.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The organizer of the game is a duly registered personal data administrator with the Personal Data Protection Commission, and in turn takes measures to protect the subscriber’s personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

PUBLICITY

The ORGANIZER has the irrevocable right to terminate the game at any time in the event of violation of the rules, abuse or force majeure circumstances.
